Russell Simmons, co-founder of RushCard, spoke at the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives’ 40th Anniversary Annual Training Conference about improving relations between minority communities and law enforcement. RushCard, a prepaid debit card company founded by Simmons, has committed to supporting The Peace Keepers, a nonprofit organization that works to promote peace in communities throughout the country.
