This story in The Guardian featured not one, but two of our clients! As part of their larger plan to further gender diversity in the life sciences field, our client LifeSci Advisors recently sponsored a field trip for 20 girls to the Department of Orthopaedics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, another TASC client. The girls got to meet with researchers and doctors and perform experiments in several labs as part of Girls Inc. of NYC’s Summer STEM Institute, which LifeSci sponsored this year. TASC helped make the event possible by working to connect LifeSci and Mount Sinai, and the results were rewarding for all parties involved.
